Colorado Rapids victorious against Columbus: Rapids 2, Crew 0

March 10, 2012. The Colorado Rapids' Drew Moor put the Rapids up 1-0 with a header off a Kosuke Kimura cross in the 44th minute. A second half substitute Quincy Amarikwa increased the lead with a long-range strike to the upper corner in the 89th minute to then give Colorado an opening day 2-0 victory over the visiting Columbus Crew.
