DENVER – A jury in U.S. District Court in Denver found Brian Keith Pate Mosley, age 26, of Denver, Colorado, guilty late yesterday of being a felon in possession of a firearm, United States Attorney John Walsh and ATF Denver Special Agent in Charge Andrew Traver announced. The three-day trial was heard before U.S. District Court Judge Christine M. Arguello. Mosley is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Arguello on January 10, 2012. He appeared at the trial in custody, and was remanded following the jury’s verdict....

Perlmutter Urges House to Remain In Session to Extend Wind Energy Tax Credit

Ed Perlmutter (CO-07) urged the House of Representatives to remain in session in order to pass important tax credit legislation including the Wind Energy Production Tax Credit (PTC).
