DENVER – A jury in U.S. District Court in Denver found Brian Keith Pate Mosley, age 26, of Denver, Colorado, guilty late yesterday of being a felon in possession of a firearm, United States Attorney John Walsh and ATF Denver Special Agent in Charge Andrew Traver announced. The three-day trial was heard before U.S. District Court Judge Christine M. Arguello. Mosley is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Arguello on January 10, 2012.
