It’s that time of year again-the time when we try to make a fresh start to the year with New Year’s Resolutions. We set lofty expectations to lose weight, exercise more, get organized, etc.  All too often, we give up several weeks later and end up feeling worse about ourselves for falling short of our self-improvement goals. This interactive presentation will assist you in developing goals and a plan to increase the success of your resolutions for 2013. Free!
