Resurfacing project to close York Street bridge.  Saturday closure lessens traffic impact

COMMERCE CITY, COLO. – Commerce City, in a joint effort with Adams County, will be resurfacing the York Street bridge over the South Platte River. Weather pending, the project is schedule for Saturday, November 3.

 

 

Construction activities will close the bridge and York Street between Brighton Boulevard and 58thAvenue beginning at 6 a.m. Saturday. The road is expected to reopen by Saturday evening.

The York Street bridge project is a part of a wider capital improvement plan that also includes, a concrete white topping project, a pavement rehabilitation project and concrete flatwork repair projects.
