THREE CHARGED IN GRIZZLY ROSE MURDER

THREE CHARGED IN GRIZZLY ROSE MURDER

17th Judicial District Attorney Dave Young and Adams County Sheriff Doug Darr announced the indictment and arrest of a three people in the 2008 shooting of a security guard at the Grizzly Rose nightclub.

Gerald Michael Anthony Gurule (DOB 08/04/81) is charged with two counts
of first-degree murder (F1), four counts of attempted first-degree murder (F2) and
three counts of felony menacing (F5) in the shooting death of Timothy Minnick of
unincorporated Adams County on Dec. 12, 2008.


Jennifer Lynne Lewis (DOB 10/06/79) is charged with two counts of firstdegree
murder (F1), four counts of attempted first-degree murder (F2), three
counts of felony menacing (F5) and six counts of accessory to a crime (F4). Stanley
Joe Gurule (DOB 06/27/59) was charged with two counts of accessory to a crime
(F4).


The indictment was returned by the grand jury on March 13. The three were
arrested Tuesday and were advised of the charges in Adams County District Court
on Wednesday.


Gerald Gurule and Stanley Gurule are scheduled to appear in Adams County
District Court on May 25 for an advisement hearing. Lewis is scheduled to appear in
Adams County District Court on May 20 for a review hearing.
All aspects of the case are pending investigation and therefore, there will be
no further comment from the District Attorney at this time.
