Commerce City Vehicle Trespass Report

Thursday, September 20, 2012 the Commerce City Police Department responded to over 12 reports of vehicle trespasses in the north range.

 

 

Targeted vehicles were in the River Run, Dunes, and Potomac Farms subdivisions.

 

The suspects entered vehicles through unlocked doors, or entry was made by breaking a window.  Valuables taken from inside the vehicles included wallets, laptops, cameras, and speakers.

 

 

 

Please make sure you are removing all valuables from your vehicle and keeping them locked. If possible, park your vehicle in a garage or in a well lit area when unoccupied. 

 

 

 

One of the best resources we have to combat crime in our community is our neighbors.  Be aware of what is occurring on your block and if your see any suspicious activity please report it by calling 9-1-1. 

 

 

The Commerce City Police is dedicated to solving all crimes in the city.  We currently have an ongoing investigation and will work diligently to solve these crimes.
