Join us for a FREE film series that explores popular film movements in each of the decades from the 1930s to the 2000s. Each film will be followed by a discussion on the cultural and historical influences that made these genres so popular in their day. The next movie theme is musical (1950s), Singing in the Rain with Gene Kelly and Debbie Reynolds. All films begin at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays at the Thornton Arts & Culture Center (TACC), 9209 Dorothy Blvd. To view the schedule follow the link. This event runs until November 14. Reel History is made possible by the City of Thornton, TASHCO, and SCFD.
