Learn about the environment at Ecofair Sept. 22

The City of Brighton will host Ecofair 2012 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. 09/22/12 at the Brighton Cultural Center, located at 300 Strong Street in Brighton. The event is a great opportunity to recycle computers, cell phones, athletic shoes (no cleats), printer cartridges, eyeglasses and paper(3 boxes or large trash bag per person). More than 30 information booths, art and movies in the Armory and activities for the whole family will be on hand (bounce house, face painting, balloon tying, alpaca petting zoo, crafts and a dance stage). Come and learn about the state of the environment, energy conservation, and alternative energy.
